During this summer Smalle Technologies welcomes two master students to experience the work environment in a technological based start-up. Davide Ferruzza from Italy and Kevin Larchet from Ireland – who are currently studying in the Polytechnic University of Catalunya (UPC) – will form part of Smalle’s team supporting in the technological development area.
Both students are enrolled in SELECT, a master’s program with compulsory international mobility focused on Sustainable Energy Systems and formed by 7 leading European universities.
This master’s program is supported by Erasmus Mundus, a European program that supports graduate education and KIC InnoEnergy, a European company that encourages entrepreneurial spirit in students.
This experience will be enriching for them because they will put into practice what they have learned throughout this first year of the degree, both in the technical and the business fields. Amongst their responsibilities they will perform simulations, complex calculations and research to help improve Smalle’s prototypes.
