SMALLE Technologies has been selected to receive funding in the call H2020-SMEINST-2-2016-2017 of the SME Instrument phase 2 of the Horizon 2020 programme. This instrument helps high-potential SMEs to develop groundbreaking innovative ideas for products, services or processes that are ready to face global market competition. By the end of H2020, the SME instrument will have funded some 7500 SMEs in order to launch their products onto the market.
The project of SMALLE Tech belongs to the topic ‘Stimulating the innovation potential of SMEs for a low carbon and efficient energy system’, which helps companies in developing resource-efficient, cost-effective and affordable technology solutions to decarbonise and make more efficient the energy system in a sustainable way. This funding will support SMALLE in the final stage of development of the eForcis and the BeForcis, wave generators of clean and renewable energy for buoys and marine fish farms.
